- Minimum rental period: 1 week (Saturday-Saturday).
- Prices are based on 2 people.
- No high season price increase.
- No energy charge.
- No cleaning charge. However, obliged to leave behind just as clean and tidy.
- Dog: On request.
- Naturism is not possible.
- Unfortunately very un-Greek: No Smokers!
